He oversees the company's programs and activities that focus on safety of workers, corporate security and business resiliency which are all key priorities for SCE. Martinez helps safety leaders achieve their safety goals by providing mentorship to them and quality safety programs. Martinez was previously employed as a director at SCE as the director for Safety Training and Compliance. Previously, Martinez was the director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. Over the course of his 30 years at SCE he served in various leadership positions, including those at The San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS.
